Anyone thinking that sending Martin out on loan for the season was a bit of a blunder...?
Ok so Roeder has repeatedly slagged him, saying he has ability but a bad attitude.
But surely given that we are down to Cureton, Lupoli and an 18 year old Gambian loanee there is place for him in the first team squad. He is relatively big and strong too, well more than at least two of our other options.
All we can hope for is that we was let go out on loan as Roeder is sure that one or two more strikers will definitely be coming in.
Didn't he say he wanted 2 OR 3 more in before the window closes... he's got the lad from Spurs to cover The Doc's injury... so hopefully TWO strikers on the way. Or did he say that before signing OJ.
