says: "West Ham would have to give 15% of any fee to Norwich as part of a sell-on clause agreed......"

can't believe they've got that exactly right, but suggests there is a sell-on clause, anyway.

(They reckon Spurs are "preparing to make an improved offer after having a ?15m bid turned down".)
