depends on what else they'd get in return
if the Jocks were allowed into the Premier League it doen's necessarily follow that the Championship would allow them in should either suffer relegation
a solution would be to then scrap relegation, sure it'd be a risk for some of the lesser clubs, but could be a risk they think is worth taking
