Techno question, help please Ben?? or anyone

As I can't use the computer at work for Wrath etc I keep up to date on my mobile phone, but last couple of days it won't load properly or allow me to open messages. Another member of family has same problem. Anyone else use phone for wrath & have problems. Is there anything I can do
