used to use Jack's in Sawston when i lived there (hoooge portions of chips) but never had any from their Cherry Hinton branch.

i know the chippie in Fenstanton used to be very good, though the quality was reflected in the price vs portion size

the Mermaid in Chesterton the best in the area i thought, well worth risking bumping into a chav or 2 imo
