You pretty much summed up in a few words what I wanted to get across to him...next stop agreeing tiny-whiny budget with MD, typing up minutes from last night, mailing them and then let him get on with designing...

Then I have to look at a tender for printing and decide tactically who I'm gonna give it to in a vain attempt at getting more work out of whoever 'wins' it...
