I remember watching an episode of Mythbusters where they busted that myth
They constructed a full-size model full of equivalent fluid and showed that for the electricity to conduct upstream (so-to-speak), you'd pretty much have to be pissing like a hosepipe so that the pee wouldn't break in to droplets before it made contact.
