I don't know, I'm quite convinced that none of these things are actually true, they're just made up by teenage boys who have never actually had sex but have watched a lot of porn. If you go onto Urban Dictionary and look up "Angry Dragon", you'll see a whole load of similar "ridiculous sex" phrases at the top, like the Cleveland Steamer and the Dirty Sanchez and the Boston Pancake. They are all quite revolting and utterly improbable.
