A translation for you.
Englands bowlers will need to play well.
As England have picked 5 players specialised in bowling rather than scoring runs they have less players to rely on scroing lots of runs.
If a couple of the batsmen get out early in the game, without scoring many, we could find ourselves in trouble.
The bowlers and wicket keeper come into bat after the batsman, which is called the 'tail'.
Our wicket keeper can bat a bit so is not really classed as a 'tailender' but is not a specialised batsman.
When the bowlers are coming out to bat you are said to be 'in the tail' as they should be easier to get out, and should not score too many runs.
South Africa have less bowlers and more batsman so it will take england longer to get to the 'tail' meaning our bowlers have to perform well, and the batsman are not!!
