Flaked Tuna, Mayonnaise, Chopped Red Onion, Spring Onions, Horseradish, Parsley, Anchovy S

auce, Chopped Capers, Chopped Gherkins, Lemon Juice, Worcester Sauce and bound together and seasoned with cracked black pepper and a little sea salt and spread on a slice of granary bread and covered in just cooked boiled egg slices with onion rings and tomato slices then another slice of Granary Bread is gently placed atop and the whole ting is cut in to quarters on the diagonal with a very, very sharp knife.

I call that a "Sandwich".
