Avoid lengthy hold ups at customs & immigrations in airports
Breeze straight to the front of the queue by simply purchasing a "coolbox" and sticking an A4 sized piece of paper on the side with the following printed on: HUMAN ORGANS FOR TRANSPLANT in red letters. Avoid any chance of embarrassment by actually keeping a pigs heart inside or better still a human one for total piece of mind.
