At the time the play-offs were a possibility, I think he should have tinkered when they were gone. All in all he did a fantastic job tho.

Worthington, he knew his time was up and he waited for his well deserved pay-off. He brought success to our club that we hadn't seen for many years.

As for Grant, just not management material, and his assistant was even worse.
