An Beginning To Think Something Similar...

Of course, every nerve and sinew I have is screaming right back at me, "...clutching at straws, clutching at straws..." -but hell, put them there, and, however frail and unlikely, I'll grab right onto them and hope like hell!

Scenario 1 and the favourite amongst the Pink Un posters is that Delia, MWJ et al don't want to sell and are playing hard ball with the ball and to hell with anyone and everyone...which is the camp I fell in very strongly come Friday morning...yet, time having passed, I can't believe that is the case.

I'm completely irrational and hot headed at the best of times and am grateful for the considered posts that have since appeared on here and from posters I respect that have balanced things out and stopped me from having the screaming ab-dabs.

So scenario 2 come into play along the lines of the reason that the club is somewhat mute is because things are happening and, maybe, just maybe (here come those straws) PC has made a big noise because someone else is involved and he can see his chances of getting into the club in even the medium term fading away, and certainly for what he would be prepared to pay.

Hence the ?20 Million. Lots of noise, publicity, gets the fans talking.

But maybe scenario 2 is so far down the line now, that he has come along too little, too late and something, soon, will be announced. As I said, straws and clutching of. But I can't believe that he has been dismissed completely and utterly out of hand and that there are things happening that we simply aren't aware of yet and that it will all come to light soon.

Its keeping me going for now!
