The only thing I can say to console myself is that there must have been something unacceptable in Cullum's offer, and fans like the Turners and Smith and Jones wouldn't pass up on a deal for no good reason. Delia wants out, I'm sure, but she cares enough about this club to not sell to the first bidder.

But to be honest, I'm not sure I believe that.

It took O'Neill walking out to get the fans on Chase's back, maybe if Roeder walks (which could happen if he can't afford to buy any strikers) we might get rid of the board.
