I have often said in relation to the Turners

that the right moment to buy is when the price is low, which means when the fortunes of the club are at a low ebb. When we were adrift at the bottom in November and there was STILL no significant investment from the Turners, I suggested that they might not actually mind too much if we went down, because it would then be a pretty cheap buy.

The same applies to Cullum, I guess. He knows how much he is prepared to pay. If Delia won't sell at that price, then he can wait and see how things go.
