I'm going to offer to build you a conservatory for your house. I'll get the footings dug now, and build the actual conservatory when the housing market picks up.

For this, I want total control of your house, and it's running, but you still have to pay the mortgage and bills. And you can stay on as some kind of meet-and-greet at the door until such time as I see fit / tire of you.
