1. Cullum wanted to put in ?20m for overall control.
2. Overall control would actually cost him ?56m.
3. Shortfall in offer = ?36m.
Why do a lot of the posters on here or the 'angry' fans quoted in local press think that this is a good offer? Would they accept ?200k for their house if it was valued at ?560k?
