The loans played a huge part in adding to the quality of the squad.
A lot of loans wont come in till very late or even after the season starts.

With Bertrand coming in we look almost set in midfield

Obviously up front we are currently very very weak.
We need a min of two strikers.
We need at least one big target man so we have options.

The good news is that even if we dont buy GR has set the stall out last year in using young loan players from the prem.
I am sure there are quite a few "ched evans" type players that need grooming.

Without Cullum type money we were always going lean heavilly on the loan market.
GR made no secret of that fact. That was a major part of his plan.

I will say this........... if the club has no money to spend and we do poorly............ the Worthy protests will look like a fun day out.

They will be totally directed at the board.
