How did you get on with Criminal Justice last night?

I didn't like the stealing-cigs-from-cell-mate to buy phone off Big Bald Nasty Villain bit. Too many "why" questions - why didn't the cell mate kick-off immediately he found his cig box had been emptied, why was Ben allowed to wander around the prison from the nurses station to wherever he was when he got the gate shut on his face, how come there was time between being released from the hospital wing and being injected with drugs by Black Villain's henchmen - surely Big Bald Nasty Villain should have demanded his phone back with menaces by then?

But on the whole I liked it. Think he's bound to get off now - glorious victory for Junior Barrister and Shoddy Solicitor.
