a good compromise
offal is the best bit of the animal. it's what gives your dishes the best flavour, but i can understand people being put off by the thought of actually eating parts of an animal in their food, so why not steak and mushroom, cooked in ale or something, and served with nice big chunky chips and a polystyrene cup of mushy peas with a hint of mint, all washed down with a pint of Wherry.
