Explain and help

So if i paid say ?200 ,to NCST, that would give me 20 shares in NCST, but ,and correct me if i am wrong,2 whole shares in Norwich city?
I was intersted the1st time a share option became available to fans in 2003,but wasnt in positiion to due to objections from other half...
