Cullum can buy the club from Delia & hubby for whatever the cost legally is and put in an extra ?20m on top for players.
Delia & MWJ get to be honouray presidents or something, The City Stand is re-named the Delia Smith stand and we errect a statue of the couple outside Carrow Road.

I shall write to both parties tomorrow with my proposal.
