I'm confused. Someone tell me who to believe / back. Delia or Cullum?

My natural instinct is to support Delia.
I work in insurance & Cullum is despised! Buying up smaller brokers then demanding up to 40% commission from Insurers otherwise they will place the business with someone who will pay the 40%.
