It isn't saying its For Sale or how much Delia wants for her shares - the price of the shares was decided at the AGM, the law says you have to make an offer for 100% and if you were ousted as a director wouldn't you want your money back!

Get real - we are all being suckered by Archant - an interview with Peter Cullum which has been twisted into a bid to buy and a reply by the club to idle gossip on how easy it would be to take the money.

It's all spin!
