I think Culllum wants to get the best deal possible (price per share)
he knows he's in control of the negotiations and that ncfc have very little to bargain with, and that we desperately need the money. Delia and MWJ are acting like they don't need the investment to try to keep the price up.
Then again, it doesn't seem like Cullum's got much of a head for business:
