The Cullum offer
In my view very clever move from a man who is fed up with being messed around. Makes it virtually impossible for the Stowmarket 2 to refuse to come to the table.
In their defence it is not clear to me if he is saying he wants to buy their shares with the ?20m on top or if he is asking them to effectively sell their shares on the cheap a la Haywood at Wolves. If the latter then that is a lot to ask and perhps not fair to them.
There is however absolutely NO excuse for not having got round the table and negotiated with PC and the fact he has heard nothing from the club for 6 months is disturbing. They owe it to every fan of this club to reach agreement with this man and get him on board. From what we know of him he meets their stated criteria, he is a fan and a Norwich man and chances like this do not come along every day.
Whilst we do not know the ins and outs of it if Delia is joepardising the future of the club simply becuase she will not let go of her majority shareholding this will be unforgiveable. It could also see things turn really nasty so I really hope its not the case as they deserve to step back with dignity and the adulation they deserve for what they have done for us and not with bitterness and acusations all over the shop.
So Delai do the right thing, get round that table with PC, reach agreement and lets shove it down the throats of the sc*m (whose anonimous arms dealer is only there for one thing) and get back where we belong
