I don't think that's the case
I think she'll have as much power as the other board members - just won't be majority shareholder anymore.
At the end of the day, I think it's a good deal; Cullum will provide the cash, Delia will remain on the board and her voice will still count for something because of that.
I just hope Delia isn't so stupid as to deny this.
