I really try to appreciate the German style of football, I really do,

it works, it wins games, even when they play s**t but it is just so erm... efficient, solid and unexciting, in fact typically Germanic. Klinnsmann nearly had me convinced that they had changed but when they replaced him, they reverted back to type and now I always want the opposition to win.

I don't think Spain or Russia will beat the Germans in the final as I don't think either have the defensive capabilities and Spanish definitely don't have the fight to out-fight them....so for me it is the germans to lose...which makes me feel quite sad really but at least we have hope... theres always hope
