i remember...........
seemed very popular with rock ape junior officers in most stations i went to, as i recall........
i dont know the proper name of them, but i used to like to refer to them as.........
"c**t-chops!"
seemed pretty appropriate as a description to the facial hair, and in deed to the person sporting it!
