Rule of thumb - avoid "meat".

I don't mean "avoid meat" in general, because that's clearly barmy and the demesne of the Suspicious (vegetarians, don't trust them - Bacon Deniers. It's not right, and it's not healthy).

I mean avoid meat you can't identify. Like the dodgy local Indian where you can have a Prawn Bhuna, a Chicken Bhuna or a Meat Bhuna.

Yes, I know they probably (probably) mean lamb, but they can just as easily mean cat and they're not breaking Trades Descriptions.
