It's Clingan.
Please either spell it as above, or Klingon - cos then it is obvious you are making a bad joke (no doubt to pre-empt the Star Trek chant that will emanate from the back of D/E Block in August)
If you spell it Clingon, it's neither one thing, nor the other.
