If something has happened, then I think it's a crying shame
because the victim is in a lose lose situation
At present the victim isn't making a complaint, but the matter is being investigated
Make a complaint, and allow legal teams and the media to make you out to be a money hungry slag
Make no complaint, and the media go on the angle that the police can't do anything about the whole affair
Either way the victim loses and the stars get away with it
