who will still charge an instalation fee anyway, and then you have to have their TV and broadband.

You even have to pay the money grabbing f**kers at BT if they are the ones that screw up your move and cancel your old phone without activating the new one.
Then try and blame you for the fact they didn't put the order through properly.

Well they ask you to, I found that laughing at them, moving to another company and point blank refusing to finance their error worked.
