for me

'intellegent' address bar: start typing a url and it will show a filtered selection of previously visited urls and webpage titles that match the text.

anti-phishing - colour coded ssl certificate verification

the coolest: the annoying password "remember, not now or never" dialog that pops up at passwords is now replaced with a warning bar (like the missing plugin one) so it doesn't have to wait for you to pick an option before going on to render the page.
