I saw it being discussed on tv the other day.

Were saying that if a bowler runs up and bowls thinking the batsman is going to play it right handed and he decides to play it left, shouldnt bowlers be allowed to annonce they are coming round the wicket as they bowl and change their mind half way through their run up and bowl over the wicket.
