They would sign off on the necessary paperwork for the transfer to go through at their end (and Brandonio seems to think that they have), so there may still be an agreement between us and Blackpool over this.

Obviously there will be some legal wranglings and FIFA will probably have to get involved, but the issue is not with Norwich or Wes Hoolahan, it's with Blackpool and Livingstone.

I think that if FIFA have any sense they would allow the transfer to go through, then allocate a certain amount of the fee to Livingstone.
