yellow shaded boxes at junctions

does anybody else get totally pissed off with people who pretend not to notice yellow boxes

Every morning I turn from Ipswich Road into Eaton Road and , every morning , people sit across the yellow box , these people have the " i have not noticed , I am looking straight ahead "faces on and whether they even realise the box is there I am not sure

The knock on is that traffic turning into Eaton Road cannot and the cars back up to the main ring road traffic lights , and traffic coming out of Eaton road cannot , meaning that gets clogged up as well

Surely people are not that thick - are they ?
