you see the biggest problem I think we have with Shacks is that we're desperate for him to be successful as he was an academy product - and so let him get away with a lot more, and are generally more forgiving, than we would be if we'd bought him from Barnsley. But guess this would mean less to Roeder who is not concerned with keeping up appearances.
