re: Ameobi to Ipswich rumours

After a protracted search for any cast iron evidence that a bid has even been lodged with Newcastle let alone accepted, it seems that neither club has confirmed or even mentioned it. The only place it is being reported is My Football Reporter dot com. Aren't they just citizen journalists with nothung better to do than make stories up all day?

Or is it a credible source?

Everything else like the guardian on line are just reporting that a rumour has been heard and neither club has said anything.

Fuck I'd love the scum to spunk 3.5m on him though. Could be a great player at this level but if not managed properly could be a massive flop.
