First Come first served works for me too. If a boat is fishing on it first then I may ask politlely if we can have it for an hour. But then go somewhere else if neccessary.

If I am there first then I assume its mine. Usually the fishing boat ask to fish til we are ready to go in. That also is fine with me too.
