It's not worth it

I used to spend far more time at work that I was paid for...45-50hrs a week. not much compared to some people, but the pay was s**t and all the extra stuff I did just became expected. Wankers!

Since leaving that job, I keep closer to my contracted hours...decrease in stress, increase in happiness, and I now have a reasonably enlightened management who don't mind you having an afternoon off etc to make up for extra time worked.
