Just look at our youth as an example of a poorly run setup of late. What a bunch of arrogant inept tosspots. Big heads like Henderson, Crow and Martin. Even the likes of Rossi Jarvis thinking they are better than they are.
Finally we get a good 'un in Joe Lewis and the likes of Worthy and Grant ignore his talent.
