means we pay in spades for diesel / petrol, with no choice of getting on a bus / train / tram instead. There are plenty of Chelsea tractors taking kids to school here too tho, and a lot of those kids could walk. If only there wasn't a paedo on every corner, a knife wielding hoodie behind every bush, I am sure they would be told to walk...
