I was watching the league one play-ff final with my sister-in-law's fiance - man utd fan.

When Hughes was subbed on I chuckled and said "Haha, Andy Hughes"

He said "Who on earth is he?"

I explained.

Later on Hughes made a run down the right wing "Oh, good run," quoth he, " ...... and what a s**t cross," after Hughes had shanked the ball straight at the first defender.

"Yep," I said, "he would run up and down the wing like that for Norwich, for 90 minutes, non-stop, not a bead of sweat on him. And if you asked him to do another 90 minutes right after that he'd not have a problem. And in all that time he wouldn't manage to put in a single decent cross."
