Or more truthfully, for about 20 minutes until several pennies dropped in several places, but I stuck out the week anyway.

An impressive amount of mutual loathing was generated on all sides. When I bade everyone goodbye on the Friday, nobody even looked at me.

Irrelevant, I know, but all this f'nanshle stuff today brought it back.
