dont think so.. only on a small rd like i say i was

accelerating and prob did go over 30.
pulled out from my turn and had to accelerate away from car behind that i did not really see!
Can only have been me but I have seen this same camera flash other people obviously speeding towards it too.
Also it has flashed at cyclists in the past!
