whether the Board are being criticised for not spending enough on players ("little Norwich", "no ambition") when we were in the Prem or for spending too much ("should have used the money to reduce the debt"). Some people say we spent too much on the ground while others whinge because we didn't expand it more and have a 30k capacity.
