I don't know. If there's more than one of you then the pitching instructions are fine for

our tent.

It's only during a solo pitching extravaganza that the pitching instructions don't help. It's to do with the weight, cos for something that blows about like billyo in the wind, our tent is f**king heavy, and the instructions say to lay it out flat, slide all the poles in and then lift it - fine with two (strong) or more people, but rubbish if alone.
