Hotmail controls...

...Panda Jr wants his own Hotmail account which I have no probs in setting up for him but I am concerned about internet waredoos getting in touch with him - are there any parental controls that can be activated to minimise the chances of some undesirable getting in contact with him?..

Please try and keep the replies vaguely decent...
