Teams will be buying/selling up to Aug 31st so may not know who they have available by the start of the season.

Added to that, alot of teams keep their youngsters to play in the League Cup, only releasing them after they've been knocked out. 7 places on the subs bench should further decrease the amount of players loaned out..
